3 LANE SOAP BILLETING MACHINE WITH STEADY SPEEDS UP TO 255 TPM
UMT's SBM-3 is a Linear Billeting Machine and is specially designed for glycerin/ Transparent Soaps that are formed in Schist Coolers. SBM-3 uses a combination of high-end servos working on the FLYING SHEAR Mechanism to perform cuts on the Soap Bars travelling on the machine's master conveyor.

SBM-3 has a three-lane conveyor to accomodate 3 Soap Bars at a time and achieve speeds upto 255 TPM depending on the thickness of the soaps.
The machine is interlocked with the In-Line Stamper for smooth operations.
