6 LANE SOAP BILLETING MACHINE WITH STEADY SPEEDS UP TO 510 TPM
UMT's SBM-6 is a Linear Billeting Machine and is specially designed for glycerine / transparent soaps that are formed in Schist Coolers. SBM-6 uses a combination of high-end servos working on the FLYING SHEAR Mechanism to perform cuts on the Soap Bars traveling on the machine's master conveyor.
SBM-6 has a six-lane conveyor to accommodate 6 Soap Bars at a time and achieve speeds up to 510 TPM depending on the thickness of the soaps.
The machine is interlocked with the In-Line Stamper for smooth operations.
