4 LANE SOAP BILLETING MACHINE WITH STEADY SPEEDS UP TO 340 TPM

UMT's SBM-4 is a Linear Billeting Machine and is specially designed for glycerin/ transparent soaps that are formed in Schist Coolers. SBM-4 uses a combination of high-end servos working on the FLYING SHEAR Mechanism to perform cuts on the soap bars traveling on the machine's master conveyor.
SBM-4 has a four-lane conveyor to accommodate 4 Soap Bars at a time and achieve speeds of up to 340 TPM depending on the thickness of the soaps.
The machine is interlocked with the In-Line Stamper for smooth operations.
